- To help authorised rescue teams, NGOs or shelters locate the person.

4. Photographs and sensitive information
Photographs and exact locations may contain sensitive personal information. They are intended only for identification, verification and rescue coordination. They should not be displayed publicly unless there is a lawful and justified reason.
5. Sharing of information
Information may be shared only with authorised staff, verified NGOs, shelters, rescue volunteers, emergency responders or government authorities when reasonably necessary to provide assistance, protect life, investigate misuse or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Location information
GPS coordinates are collected only when the reporter permits location access. They are used to identify the reported location and support rescue coordination.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, secure connections and restricted handling of uploaded files. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
Information may be kept for as long as reasonably required to process the report, maintain rescue records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.
9. Reporter responsibility and consent
Reporters should provide truthful information and, whenever practical, seek the elderly person's permission before taking or uploading a photograph. Information must not be submitted for harassment, publicity or any unlawful purpose.
10. Your requests
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with a report, subject to safety, operational and legal requirements. Include the case number so that we can identify the record.
11. Children's privacy
This service is not intended for independent use by young children. A parent, guardian or responsible adult should assist a child who wishes to report an emergency.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform develops. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page.
